The terms and conditions

  1. Tour costs for the tours other than Honeymoon tours includes:
    • Economy class airfare for the following tours:
      • Leh Ladhakh (Delhi - Leh - Delhi),
      • Kailash Mansarovar (Mumbai – Kathamandu - Mumbai)
      • Andaman(Chennai - Port Blair - Chennai)
      • Kashmir Vaishnodevi Luxury (Mumbai - Srinagar; Jammu - Mumbai)
      • Kerala Kanyakumari Luxury (Mumbai –Trivandrum; Cochin-Mumbai)
      • Nainital Mussoore Corbett Park Luxury (Mumbai – Delhi - Mumbai)
    • Hotel accommodation : Deluxe / Luxury rooms as per the tour.
    • Sight seeing by luxury coach.
    • Tour meals : Bed-Tea / Cofee, Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner (as per the tour program)
    • Indian tours - rail / airfare not included (for Pilgrim tours rail fair is included in tour cost)

  2. Tour costs for Honeymoon tours includes:
    • Sight seeing by A.C. / non A.C. car; Toll and parking charges.
    • Deluxe Hotel accommodation.
    • Pick up from and Drop to airport / railway station.
    • Tour meals: Breakfast and dinner

  3. If due to natural calamities or unavoidable circumstances, if the tour has to be cancelled or the route is required to be modified then it will be done at the discretion of the Tour Escort.

  4. The company reserves the right to alter, amend, postpone or cancel any of the tours advertised in the brochure, without assigning any reason, whatsoever. Under circumstances of cancellation of any tour by the company, money paid by the tour participant will be fully refunded, but no compensation is payable.

  5. If the tour participant requests to cancel the tour in writing, the money refundable will be as follows:

    60 days or more, prior to the departure of the tour 90%
    59 days to 45 days, prior to the departure of the tour 80%
    44 days to 30 days, prior to the departure of the tour 60%
    29 days to 20 days, prior to the departure of the tour 40%
    19 days to 11 days, prior to the departure of the tour 20%

    No money is refundable if the tour is cancelled on customer's request within last 10 days of the scheduled departure of the tour or in case of 'No Show' on the tour. Legitimate refund of Money due to the passenger will be made only after the tour date.

  6. If the tour participant requests to transfer/ prepone / postpone the tour in writing, the transfer charges will be as follows :

    29 days to 15 days, prior to the departure of the tour 3000/- per person + Railway / Air cancellation charges
    14 days to 5 days, prior to the departure of the tour 3500/- per person + Railway / Air cancellation charges
    In case of Mahabaelshwar / Goa tour  
    5 day earlier to the tour 500/- per person
    Tour cancellation 5 day earlier to the departure of the tour 100% cancellation

  7. All baggage and personal belongings of the tour participant is his/her responsibility & company shall not be liable for the loss or damage of the same.

  8. The company shall not be responsible and/or liable for any damage or loss caused to the tour participant due to reasons beyond the control of the company.

  9. Smoking and drinking alcohol is strictly prohibited during the bus journey / in the dining halls.

  10. Rail and Air tickets are not included.

  11. If the tour participant misbehaves in a manner causing inconvenience or annoyance to any tour participants or causes damage to the property of the company, the tour he/she will be asked to leave the tour immediately and the tour escorts have been authorized to do so. There will not be any compensation whatsoever in such cases.

  12. Food will not be provided by us during Railway/ Air journey. The expenses towards the same shall be borne by the tour participant. There is no arrangement of drinking water during the Bus/ Train journey. Tour participants are requested to carry their own Water Bottles.

  14. We are travel/tour organizers. We do not have any control over Airline, Railways, Coach Company, Shipping Company, Hotels, Transport or any other facilities, which are being provided by the third party. We are not responsible for the delay or deficiency in the services provided by such other agencies. Also the company does not have any control on schedule of opening and closing timings of tourist attractions.

  15. On receiving request from the customers, to travel by higher class of railway or air, Company will do its best to arrange for the same. But if the Company cannot fulfill the request, the tour participant will have to travel, as per the ticket arranged, according to initial request. Non-availability of higher class can not be a reason to cancel the tour.

  16. Because of the computerization of ticket booking at Indian Railways, the berths / seats once reserved cannot be changed. Tour participants have to travel by the same berth/seat as mentioned in the ticket issued by Indian Railways.

  17. Tour participants are requested to collect their Railway/ Air tickets from the respective offices of Holiday Mantra, against making the full payment, from where they have booked their tour. No tickets will be sent by courier.

  18. The information of day to day programme, Names of hotels and their telephone numbers and list of necessary things to be carried by the tour participants for the tour can be collected from the respective offices of Holiday Mantra.

  19. If the tour participant is traveling by air/ train before the tour schedule of the company, all the expenses towards food and accommodation shall be borne by the tour participant. Also if the tour participant is traveling by air/ train on tickets / schedule not arranged by the company, then it will be sole responsibility of the tour participant to join the group at the right time and place. In any circumstances the company and the tour escort shall not be responsible for the tour participant before joining the group.

  20. Advance payment of Rs. 15,000/- made at the time of booking for Europe tour shall not be refunded if the visa application is rejected.

  21. If there are less than 30 participants in a group, then the road journey will be done by Sumo / Qualis / Tempo traveller. Due to this arrangement there is possibility of change in seat numbers.

  22. There will be separate rules and regulations for different schemes announced by Holiday Mantra from time to time. These will be supplement to the main terms and conditions and will be informed to passengers at the time of booking under those schemes. (e.g. Holiday Mantra's Hi-Fly Scheme, International travel etc)

  23. All the domestic tour prices attract 2.05% service tax, which will be charged extra on the tour cost published in the brochure, except Kashmir.

  24. Any disputes arising in respect of the tour shall be subject to Navi Mumbai - Jurisdiction.

  25. The company may arrange shooting during tours (stills / video). The tour participants would have no objection to the shot material being used as publicity material by the company.

  26. Cheque/Demand draft shall be issued in the name of Holiday Mantra Tours & Travels Pvt.Ltd
